Ordering

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes to it. However, if your order has not yet been processed, our customer service team can help you cancel it so you can place a new one with the correct details. If you’ve received a confirmation email from us, your order has been successfully placed!

If you used Klarna for payment, they will send you a separate payment confirmation to the email address used for the order. If you haven’t received the payment confirmation, you can log in to Klarna websites to check the status of your order and payments.

The photo(s) you uploaded for your custom case design have been removed from your social media, and we need your assistance in re-uploading them.

If any of the above issues occur with your order, we will always send you an email to notify you. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if you haven’t received anything from us.
We’ll need further information from you before we can proceed with your order.

If you’re using a Hotmail account, our order confirmation email may have landed in your Spam or Junk folder. Be sure to check there first. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to us via email, and we’ll be happy to investigate the issue for you.

Shipping times vary depending on the product you order and your destination. Different products have different production timelines. To get an estimate of the delivery time and shipping cost, simply select your destination at checkout for an approximate timeframe based on your location.

To track your order, sign in to your account (the one used to place the order) and click on Track Order. Please note that tracking information from the carrier may take 3-5 business days to appear after your order has been shipped.

First, please ensure that you’ve opened all the boxes. We typically pack two cases per box unless specified otherwise. If you’ve checked thoroughly and still can’t locate a case, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

Yes, we provide free standard international shipping on orders totaling £38 or more (after discounts). However, please note that due to logistical limitations, standard shipping may not be available in certain countries.  Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be applied to cover shipping fees.

 If you decide to cancel your order, any unexpired discount codes will be automatically revoked. Please note that expired discount codes cannot be reinstated.

Phone cases themselves don’t inherently cause overheating. However, they can trap some heat when your phone is in use. To minimize the risk of overheating, it’s advisable to avoid having too many applications running simultaneously, limit exposure to direct sunlight, and keep your device in a cool environment.

Our cases are crafted from a variety of materials, primarily featuring durable TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and PC (polycarbonate). This combination ensures that each case offers excellent protection while maintaining a sleek design.

Yes! To install our phone cases, begin by aligning the camera corner of your device with the case, then gently press it in. Most of our cases are made from flexible materials, making installation a breeze. For setup instructions please check here.

The weight of our phone cases varies based on the type and materials used. For example,our Shield series cases weigh around 50g, making them lightweight and easy to carry while still providing excellent protection.

To clean your phone cases, simply use water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and alcohol-based cleaners to ensure the longevity of all your cases

Please be aware that shipping providers may experience delays, especially during peak periods, which can extend delivery times. If your order is delayed, kindly allow an additional 5-10 business days beyond the indicated shipping times before contacting our customer service team. We appreciate your understanding.

We aim to dispatch your order from our facility within 1-6 business days. Please bear with us if we need a little extra time to ensure your items are perfect, especially during peak seasons, such as the holiday period at the end of the year.

Occasionally, the item you ordered may be out of stock, despite our best efforts to prevent this. If that happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You may notice during checkout that the estimated delivery time appears longer than usual. This may be due to certain products currently having no inventory, and restocking is in progress.

Free standard shipping is available for orders with a total value (after any discounts) of £38 or above. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will apply.

Return and exchange

At icreatcase, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@icreatcase.com. If we’ve made an error, such as sending a defective or incorrect case, kindly include photos of the issue and a brief explanation in your initial email.

Important: Personalized products are made exclusively for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We cannot process refunds for items returned without contacting us first or without providing a reason for the return.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your payment account once processed.

If the item has no production error, the return/exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days. All returned products must be unused and sent back in their original packaging. Please ensure the package is clearly marked as “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any delays.

 

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Sure! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) with the reason for the return, and we will provide detailed return instructions. If you wish to change your design, please include the URL or name of the new design in your message. If you’re adjusting the device type, case type, or color, please provide those details as well.

Please note that we only accept one-time exchanges. Items must be returned in brand-new condition for the exchange to be processed. Any price difference between the original item and the item for exchange will be charged. Shipping costs for the return and the new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer if there is no production error.

Important: Custom-designed cases are not eligible for exchange or refund. Additionally, please be advised that exchanges are not allowed for orders placed using Klarna. Purchases of items from special collections (such as limited editions, outlet, sale collections, or any promotional items) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items Excluded from Cancellation:
Made-to-order products and personalized products are custom-made for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.
For non-customized items, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item.
To cancel, notify us in writing via email at hello@icreatcase.com within this 14-day period.
You will then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Please note:

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.The cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or in correct.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or proof of return. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Returns and Refunds
